使用數(shù)控機(jī)床球頭刀的注意事項(xiàng)

1、盡量減小使用刀尖加工工件：在球頭刀刀尖位置，在實(shí)際加工時(shí)，加工線速度為0，也就是說，實(shí)際上刀具不是在進(jìn)行切削，而是在進(jìn)行磨削，實(shí)際加工中，冷卻液根本加不到切削區(qū)，這樣更加導(dǎo)致切削熱比較大，刀具壽命下降。
